What do you charge for a callout to look at a problem?

We charge a set fee for the callout, provided it is within a 30 minute drive from our Pinetown headquarters. This cost will cover our visit, assessment of the problem and preparation of a detailed quotation which may or may not be provided immediately. Whether the assessment takes 10 minutes or up to an hour, you will have a professional on-hand to determine the problem.

If I need you on Sunday or after hours, what will it cost me?

Our standard callout fee applies to all callouts within 30 minutes from Pinetown any day of the week, between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. After 6pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays, we charge an emergency callout fee.

I have a much cheaper quote – why should I not accept it?

It is prudent to obtain a second quote in the event of major plumbing repairs being required. Most importantly, if you find that any company, large or small, quotes a fee substantially lower than another, we suggest you insist on having at least two references from legitimate customers to confirm the quality and standards of the contractor.
